Will parking along Broadway Avenue be reduced?
Existing parallel parking will remain along much of the corridor. Some parking near intersection improvements may be modified to improve visibility and pedestrian safety.
Why is the City installing roundabouts?
Roundabouts are intended to reduce vehicle speeds and create more predictable intersection movements.
How will bicyclists travel through the corridor?
Protected and buffered bicycle facilities will provide a continuous east-west connection along Broadway Avenue.
Will emergency vehicles be able to use the roundabouts?
The intersection designs are being developed to accommodate emergency vehicles and other large vehicles.
